Return process

Register your return via your account: Go to your account .
By doing so, you automatically notify us of the return.

You can easily log into your account using your email address and a one-time password.

  1. Select the relevant order and click on "Request return"
  2. Select the items you want to return and the reason for the return. A note can optionally be added.
  3. Finally, click on "Request return"
  4. You will then receive a confirmation email with information about the return shipment.

Important instructions

  • Individually designed / personalized items cannot be returned and are excluded from return.

  • Goods must be in their original condition and packaging. The goods must not be used or second-hand.

Conditions

Return process
You can return unused goods to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please follow all the steps mentioned. If the form is not filled out, the return may not be considered, which may delay or prevent processing

Packaging and condition of the goods
Pack the items well to avoid damage during transport. It is best to use the package and packaging materials you received from us. Please make sure that the returned items are unused and in their original condition so that we can refund the full purchase price. Items that are returned to us broken or used cannot be refunded.

Return costs
In the case of a return, the return costs are borne by the buyer. We would like to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize return routes.

Franking of the return shipment
Please ensure that your return shipment is sufficiently stamped. For packages that are returned freight collect or with insufficient postage, the DHL penalty fee of €15 will be offset against the credit for the return. We also recommend that you use insured shipping. On the one hand, this means you can track your return shipment. On the other hand, your shipment is insured by your shipping service provider in the event of loss.

Refund
As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive an email from us about the refund. You will receive the refund for the returned items within 14 working days of receipt of the return, via the payment method you used for your purchase.

Please note that any claim to free product gifts that may be included with an order above a certain minimum value or order quantity expires in the event of a return. In this case, the free product must also be returned, otherwise we reserve the right to deduct and retain the product value from the amount to be refunded.

Further information on refunds
If the package is refused or not picked up , we reserve the right to retain the shipping costs incurred (including for return shipments).
