Order & Payment

At the moment you can only get our products here via the website. However, we are working on making them available in other shops and also offering them in stationary stores.

Occasionally we offer discount codes, which often refer to a certain period of time. If a discount code does not work, it may no longer be valid. If it is still valid and you have problems using it, please contact support@reduze.com before ordering. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to apply discount codes to an order afterwards.

We will begin preparing for shipping immediately after receiving your order. Therefore, it is unfortunately not logistically possible to cancel your order. If you haven't received a shipping email yet, please write to us at support@reduze.com and we'll see what we can do for you. We process all emails as quickly as possible, but it may happen that we do not read your email quickly enough and your order has already been packed. Then unfortunately we can no longer cancel your order. If we read your message in time and the order has not yet been shipped, we can still cancel it.

We process all orders chronologically and unfortunately we cannot combine two orders in one package. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot send two orders together in one package.

Please send a photo of the package with the entire scope of delivery to support@reduze.com. We can get a good idea of ​​it from the photo and will of course send you what is missing.

As soon as you place an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation from us. If you didn't receive an order confirmation, there could be many reasons:

Maybe your mailbox is full and we can't send you any emails?

Have you checked your SPAM folder yet?

Did you give us your email address correctly?

How did you pay? For example, if you paid via Apple Pay, the order confirmation will be sent to your email address stored there

None of these reasons apply to you? Then please contact us at support@reduze.com and we will check whether we have received an order from you.

Yes! This is no problem at all and can be done in just a few seconds. You can find a video about it here .

Yes! We are actually asked this question very often and we have asked ourselves this question again and again. So that we can answer this question immediately with a resounding YES, we have developed an adhesive system that you can rely on 100%. We developed it with specialists in the field of adhesive technology and subjected it to many stress tests. Even permanently in the shower is no problem for the adhesive system. The adhesive can withstand loads of up to 35kg and can be removed at any time without leaving any residue.

There is a lot of development, work and effort behind our adhesive system. It may not look so easy at first glance, but the system has undergone many tests and can even withstand a load of up to 35kg.

If you did something wrong, it's not the end of the world! We put a lot of thought into writing the instructions to ensure that there are as few errors as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot send a free adhesive set if there are installation errors. We are therefore offering the assembly set for purchase here and hope for your understanding that we cannot yet be as accommodating as we would like to be!

About our products

Our CARE holders are made of stainless steel and therefore cannot rust. This is important to us because they are mainly hung in wet areas. The CLEAN brackets are made of aluminum and are therefore light as a feather!

It probably seems strange to you that the bottle wobbles a bit in the holder. But it has to be that way! Of course, the bottle needs some space to fit through the opening of the holder. It is also safer because the bottle can “dodge” if you bump into the bottle. Otherwise it could quickly break at the neck due to its tight fit.

We carefully inspect all of our products and strive to ensure that all of our products are of high quality. If your label is crooked or has a bubble (that you can't remove with a needle), feel free to send us a picture of it to support@reduze.com. We will then check the image and of course send you a new label.

All of our wall mounts have holes. The holes are required for both drilling and gluing and are covered by screws in both cases.

The riser tube of your pump dispenser ideally floats just above the bottom of your glass bottle. The riser pipe should not rest on it, otherwise it cannot suck in enough air and a vacuum is created in the pipe. This would cause the pump to stop pumping.

We carefully inspect all of our products and strive to ensure that all of our products are of high quality. If the riser pipe of your pump dispenser is too short, please send us a picture of it in your bottle (the pump dispenser must be completely screwed onto the cap) to support@reduze.com. We will then check the picture and of course send you a new riser pipe if it is too short.

All of our bottles are individual and different. Our glass bottles are made from at least 40% (transparent bottles) or 60% (brown bottles) recycled glass. Glass is a very special material and during production it is completely normal for bubbles or a wave to appear in the glass. Since it is part of the production, we do not accept returns due to the bubbles and waves in the glass. By purchasing a glass bottle from us, you are deciding against plastic and in favor of the sustainable material glass. It's not as perfect as plastic, but it's better for the environment!

Shipment

As soon as we pack your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link for your delivery. You can track your delivery using the link in the email or by entering the tracking number at DHL. If you only ordered accessories (such as a mounting set), they will be sent as a shipment and will not have tracking.

Austria: 130€
Switzerland: 150€

Shipping costs below the free shipping limit:

Germany: €4.90 (including VAT)
Austria: €9.50 (including VAT)
Switzerland: €16.00 (incl. VAT)

If the delivery takes place to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, however not to the provider, but to the responsible customs or tax authorities there. The customer is advised to check the details with the customs or tax authorities before ordering.

Sure, of course! You can simply enter the address of your packing station when ordering and we will deliver the package there.

If your package cannot be found, contact us at support@reduze.com. We will then place an inquiry with DHL to find your package as quickly as possible!

We currently deliver to Germany, the EU and Switzerland.

We are also working here to soon be able to ship to several countries.

Returns, exchanges & complaints

You can also return only part of your order. Please make sure that the individual products are complete and that sets can only be returned as a set.

That is absolutely no problem. If you would like to complain about something, please send us an email to support@reduze.com and please send a picture of it.

Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange items. However, you can easily place a new order via our online shop.

In the event of a return, the return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. Therefore, we do not issue a return label. We would like to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize return routes.
