We ship CO₂-neutral with DHL GoGreen. The following conditions apply:

Shipping regions, shipping costs, and current delivery times***:

Delivery within Germany:
We charge a flat shipping fee of 4.90€ per order.
For orders over 75€, we offer free shipping.
Current situation:
Our products from the new range will be shipped from October 21, 2024. The exact shipping time can be found on the respective product page.
Products from the old range (in the archive) are in stock and will be shipped within 3-7 business days after the contract is concluded.

Delivery to EU countries*
We charge a flat shipping fee of 9.50€ per order.
For orders over 130€, we offer free shipping.

Products from the old range (in the archive) are in stock and will be shipped within 4-8 business days after the contract is concluded.

Delivery to countries outside the EU**
We charge a flat shipping fee of 16€ per order.
For orders over 150€, we offer free shipping.

For deliveries of goods outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the provider, rather to the respective customs or tax authorities. Customers are advised to inquire about the details with customs or tax authorities prior to placing an order.
